Non-injection administration of hyaluronic acid

This is the most popular procedure of our cosmetology office.

Hyaluronic acid is a natural mucopolysaccharide, one of the main components of the intercellular substance of the dermis, which creates a stabilizing matrix in which cells are located. Hyaluronic acid has a unique moisture-retaining ability. One molecule of hyaluronic acid can bind 200-500 water molecules. Therefore, the dermis (the skin itself), which contains a large amount of hyaluronic acid, is saturated with water, which provides the skin with elasticity and resistance to aggressive external influences.

Hyaluronic acid accelerates the transport of other active substances to the skin, dragging them along, thus, in combination with hyaluronic acid, the positive effect on the skin of other substances is enhanced.

Hyaluronic acid is a natural component of human skin, where it plays a secondary role in maintaining a normal water balance. Various adverse environmental factors, such as UV radiation and chemical contamination, can cause their destruction. In addition, the synthesis of hyaluronic acid decreases with age. The highest level in newborns. By the age of 40, the amount of this substance is halved, and after 60 years, only 10% of its original amount remains in the skin.

The latest medical research has shown that changes in the skin as it ages, including a decrease in its thickness, the appearance of wrinkles, drying out and loss of elasticity, are directly related to the presence of hyaluronic acid in skin tissues.
