General nutrition

Human health and productivity, as well as life expectancy, largely depend on how properly they eat. Any deviation from the principles of balanced nutrition inevitably leads to metabolic disturbances in the body, and disorders in the functioning of various organs and systems.

Another extreme — overeating and excessive consumption of carbohydrates — also causes serious disruptions in the body. If a person consumes more energy through food than they expend, the consequences are not only weight gain but also diseases such as atherosclerosis, ischemic heart disease, joint damage, and diabetes — conditions often associated with obesity. Overeating is one of the most common dietary mistakes. That’s why a significant portion of the population in economically developed countries suffers from excess body weight.

The amount of food consumed is by no means the only factor affecting body weight. Equally important is your eating schedule. Scientists have found, for example, that boys and girls who skip breakfast and eat only 2–3 times a day — hastily and at irregular hours — suffer from overweight much more frequently than their peers who maintain a regular diet:

  • First, eat regularly, at least three to four times a day, or better yet — five times (breakfast, second breakfast, lunch, afternoon snack, dinner).
  • Second, try to keep your meals diverse. Include fruits, milk, dairy products (kefir, acidophilus milk, sour milk, low-fat cheese), lean meat and fish, vegetable oil, and vegetable salads in your daily menu. These foods contain essential nutrients for growing bodies.
  • Third, limit or completely avoid sweets, pastries, buns, pasta, and spicy seasonings that stimulate appetite.

Our advantage – steam-convection oven!

A steam-convection oven is a symbol of progress in the food industry. The main benefit of this oven lies in its so-called “closed system.” This innovation ensures that the main chamber does not come into direct contact with the external environment during cooking, regardless of the mode used.

Unlike traditional cooking methods like electric or gas stoves, griddles, etc., steam-convection ovens significantly reduce energy consumption. They are equipped with an automatic control system that can store up to 250 recipes and offer more than 15 different cooking modes.

This equipment offers amazing possibilities: you can cook, steam, stew, fry, and even prepare dishes using steam alone.

Cooking with hot saturated steam helps preserve the product’s original shape and minimizes the loss of valuable nutrients. Dishes look attractive and are highly beneficial for the human body.

We use steam-convection ovens for our meal preparation — which is why all our dishes are delicious, fresh, and healthy.
