Booking Rules
1. Inquiry about room availability and booking:

2. If full payment is made within 3 business days of booking, the price of the voucher will be calculated based on the rate at the time of booking.
3. A deposit of 2800 UAH (excluding VAT) must be paid within 3 business days after booking the room.
4. If only a deposit is paid, the final cost of the voucher will be calculated according to the current price list at the time of full payment.
5. If the deposit is not paid within the specified period, the reservation may be canceled.

In the payment document, please always indicate your last name and initials. The payment should be made only to the bank account of the Sanatorium “Berezovyy Gay” via bank branch or online banking.
6. In case of cancellation (or rescheduling) with less than 14 days before arrival — the deposit is non-refundable.
7. In case of cancellation (or rescheduling) more than 14 days before arrival — the deposit will be fully refunded.
8. Check-in time: from 9:00 AM. Check-out time: until 8:00 AM.
9. If you arrive earlier than scheduled (after 8:00 PM), an additional fee will apply: 250 UAH for Standard and Improved rooms, 300 UAH for Luxury rooms — if rooms are available (please confirm in advance with the booking manager).
10. For efficient operation of the sanatorium and financial stability, as decided by the founders, no refunds will be made if a guest checks out early without valid reasons, except in the following cases:
- Medical recommendation for hospitalization in a specialized clinic;
- Force majeure situations (natural disasters, emergencies).
11. The sanatorium guarantees a room of the selected category and price (not a specific room number).
12. Children under 5 years old can stay free of charge (without sleeping place and meals).
13. Payment of the deposit confirms that the client agrees with all booking conditions.
14. To check in, guests must have an ID/passport. For children — birth certificate or parent's passport with a record.
Patients with chronic or acute conditions are advised to consult their family doctor regarding contraindications for radon therapy. It is also recommended to bring a medical card (if available), as well as any diagnostic reports such as ultrasound, CT, MRI, or X-ray results.
15. The sanatorium does NOT accept patients with limited mobility who require individual care or persons over 70 years of age, as we cannot provide personal nursing services.
16. The treatment course (procedures, their number and sequence) is assigned individually by the attending physician, based on medical indications, patient preferences, and procedure compatibility.
17. Bringing pets or domestic animals into the sanatorium is strictly prohibited!
